Where required, we provide dual-language statements, reports and supporting materials, including certified translations if necessary.

Cold Eye Review
In-house resources may not deliver the best outcome when investigating significant incidents due to the infrequent nature of such events, and consequent lack of experience.
We specialise in the investigation of workplace incidents and have the experience and expertise to deliver meaningful results.
When you need the assurance of valid findings supported by relevant evidence, we have extensive experience conducting cold-eye reviews of existing investigations and providing unbiased feedback and oversight.
Remote Assistance
Incident locations may not be immediately accessible due to logistical constraints, scheduling, legalities or security concerns.
We have extensive experience in conducting remote investigations, both within Australia, and internationally, providing step-by-step direction to teams on the ground, facilitating witness interviews, and reviewing incident scene images and documentation.
Due Diligence
Workplace Health & Safety Laws place a positive due diligence obligation on company Officers and Directors.
These obligations include having appropriate processes for considering information regarding incidents.
Obtaining an expert independent and impartial investigation report provides evidence of your commitment to discharging your due diligence obligations.
